US Air War College delegation visits Serbian Air Force
As part of the visit to the Serbian Air Force, the delegation of the US Air War College visited the Air Force Command in Zemun and 204th air base in Batajnica.
The Chief of the Air Force HQ Brigadier General Jovica Draganic introudec the members of the delegation to the history and the current work of our air force as well as with the development plans. This was followed by a visit to 204th air base in Batajnica, where the US delegation was received by the Commander of the Base Brigadier General Mirkio Vranic.The head of the US delegation Colonel Elvic Laurie stressed the importance of this visit which, as he estimated, represented the foundation for future cooperation of the air forces of the two countries. Colonel Laurie added that the visit was important for security not only in the region but in the world as well.
Furthermore, the attendants of the US Air War College got acquainted with the organization of 204th air base and toured the Batajnica air port.
