Commemoration of Independence Day
On occasion of the Independence Day of Serbia, a ceremony was held in Orasac on 15 February which was attended by the Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic, the Chairperson of the National Assembly Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, the representatives of MoD and SAF, of the Police Force, Gendarmerie and other institutions of the republic and organizations.
With all the state ceremonies, the commemorative wreaths were laid on the sarcophagus of Karadjordje by Prime Minister Cevtkovic and His Royal Highness Prince Aleksandar Karadjordjevic, and the delegation of MoD: State Secretary Igor Jovicic, LTG Ljubisa Dikovic and Brigadier General Jovica Draganic.
