Best research projects in MoD awarded
State Secretary Zoran Jeftic awarded the Annual Awards for the Best Research work, for the best MA and PhD thesis in the House of Guards yesterday.
The best research work award went to Colonel Radun Jeremic, for his paper “Solving problems of pyrotechnical safety in ammo dumps” while Colonel Miodrag Gordic was awarded for his thesis “ Modal experiment in researching potential security systems” , and the best MA thesis is Major Radomir Prodanovic’s thesis “Protection of electronic documents”- The defense of a country must rely on scientific achievements. These are major tasks in the Defense System and MoD has set aside significant funds for developing research, said Jeftic, reminding the present that all research institutions of MoD has established excellent cooperation with al relevant research institutions in the country. Top quality research work and researchers should be the basis of the defense of Serbia.
The Chairperson of the Committee, Brigadier General Mitar Kovac, Head of the Strategic Planning Department stated the reasons which motivated the committee to make such a choice among all the papers submitted.
