Minister of Defence meets Qatari Ambassador



Састанак министра одбране са амбасадором Катара Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic met with the Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Belgrade Sheikh Mubarak Bin Fahad Al Thani.
 
The meeting also discussed the possibilities for improving the future cooperation, especially in military economic, military educational and military medical fields, and Ambassador Al Thani handed Minister Djordjevic invitation letter of the Qatari Minister of Defence.
 
Good political relations between the two countries, as well as the recent visit of the Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic to Qatar, during which he signed a number of agreements making these relations more concrete, are the basis for the establishment of better cooperation in the field of defence, as it was noted at the meeting.
