Awards for the participants in the military ceremony held on the Day of the liberation of Novi Sad



At the ceremony held in the Military Club in Novi Sad, Serbian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff, General Ljubisa Dikovic, has handed today incentives and awards to the organizers and participants in the military part of the ceremony held on 22nd October this year on the occasion of the Liberation Day in Novi Sad during World War II.
 
- Representatives of the provincial and local institutions gave their invaluable contribution for the ceremony to be at a high level as the Armed Forces and the Serbia people deserve. By your gesture you have provided great support to the Serbian Armed Forces, and showed once again that the freedom-loving city of Novi Sad is faithful to tradition, the homeland and the army - General Dikovic said handing high prizes – the Plaques of the Serbian Armed Forces to Igor Mirovic, Prime Minister of Vojvodina, and Milos Vucevic, Mayor of Novi Sad, and the Letter of Appreciation to the Police Department of Novi Sad.
 
Addressing the commanders and representatives of the military units that participated in the military ceremony, General Dikovic pointed out that all participants showed for the umpteenth time, why the Serbian Armed Forces is among the most respected institutions in our country, an institution in which Serbian citizens have the most confidence.
 
- Performing your tasks responsibly and professionally, you contributed to showing our capabilities and assets at our disposal in the best light – General Dikovic said, among other things, and handed the Letters of Compliments to all units engaged in the military ceremony marking the Day of Liberation of Novi Sad.
