Additional one hundred million dinars for housing loans



Amendments to the programme of long-term housing loans for professional military personnel in 2016 provided additional funding in the amount of 100 million dinars for this purpose.
 
In addition, a new text of the Covenant on housing loans for professional military personnel has been adopted, and the signing of new contracts between the Republic of Serbia and the National Corporation for Housing Loan Insurance with banks interested in the implementation of the Programme is underway.
 
Professional military personnel, who at this point wish to buy an apartment using a program of long-term housing loans, should wait for the completion of the process and information on the banks that will provide guaranteed conditions of the Program.
 
This year, a total of 562 million dinars has been provided for the implementation of the programme of long-term mortgage loans for professional military personnel, and 401 persons thus solved their housing issue.
