Bilateral military cooperation plan with Turkey signed
The delegation of the Ministry of Defense led by the Head of the International Miolitary Cooperation Department Milorad Peric paid a visit to Turkish GS,. ON that occasion, Milorad Peric and the Head of the Department for the International Relations and International Security Issues of the Republic of Turkey Major General Mehmet Cetin signed the Bilateral Military cooperation Plan for 2009. Education and training will be priority goals in implementing this plan.
During the talks with LTG H. Nusret Tasdeler, the Head of the Department for Strategic Planning of Turkish MoD, which was confirmed by a high number of activities realized in 2008. Furthermore, the talks focused on finding new possibilities for improving the cooperation between the two countries, especially in the domain of high level exchange and defense industry cooperation.
