Special plaque "The noblest achievement of the year" to NCO Pasic

ass NCO Ranko Pasic was awarded by a special panel of judges this year's campaign , " The noblest achievement of the year " in which the company "Vecernje Novosti " has for the 51st time awarded it to the noblest and the most humane of the year for us .

This award to NCO Pasic of the Third Battalion of the military police was presented because of the burning house from which he saved an old lady Ljubica Lazarevic , near the barracks, " Prince Mihailo" in Nis . The award was presented to NCO Pasic at the City Hall by Matija Bećković .

The jury, which included the Head of the MMA Brigadier General Marijan Novakovic , decided that the noblest man in 2013 was Goran Sladojević , builder of Badovinci , husband and father of three children , who risked his life to save four neighbors who were unconscious from deadly gas .

The Giold Medal for the collective noblest achievement of the year was awarded to the family Mijailović from Belgrade , who, when they were unable to help his son , who, after a car accident he was in a state of brain death , decided to donate his organs for transplantation.

Fourteen year old Nikola Jecmenica this year was awarded Gold Medal for children's noblest achievement who remained calm and composed at the 1st may picnic when fire rose up the trousers of his friend Marko Curcic. On this occasion he ran after the boy, got him to the ground and saved him. Special plaques , together with NCO Pasic were received by another 14 heroes whose exploits marked the previous year.

" The noblest achievement of the year " is one of the longest serving and most respected socially responsible campaigns in the Serbian media , which is annually awarded to citizens who shone with humanity , selflessness and sacrifice .
