Sergeant Tina Zlatkovic

Sergeant Tina Zlatković , spent 21 days on a " Debela glava" together with her colleagues from the Fourth Brigade of the Serbian army executing tasks in the administrative line with Kosovo and the GSZ .

- It was not difficult , although the base is stationed at 1,220 meters above sea level. It was cold , but we are used to such conditions . After all, the officers and soldiers in the base share both the good and the evil . The most important thing is that we are always willing to do our job and to prevent unauthorized crossings of the administrative line - says Tina .

Interestingly, Tina , after three weeks of her stay in the base of not leaving the house does not go straight to dance lessons . During the day, Tina " comes " out of army boots and dedicates herself to art and dance. In the morning she is at the base of the mountains , and in the afternoon she waltzed or dances the officer’s reel.

Tina Zlatković two years took up dancing lessons , with the dance team of the Fourth Brigade " Tamo daleko ," and the group leader Lieutenant Milan Filipovic introduced her to the secrets of dance.

She is not only a good soldier and a dancer. She also won first place in a sports championship of the Army in the shooting, the women's competition. In her life military and the art are constantly intertwined .

Can dance and rifle go hand in hand, Tina replied that they can.

- It is about emotions , and I have plenty of them both for a gun and a dance. By marksmanship I want to show that I'm physically ready , motivated , able to overcome psychological barriers and effectively execute each task , while dancing enables me to step beyond the limits of the military and transcend the space. After all , sometimes you can dance and thus fight for your country , while in a shooting the situation may look like a dance. Certainly , I take care to preserve responsibility in my military occupation, while in dance I exhibit all my inspiration - says Tina .
