Happy Birthday Message by Belarus’ Minister of Defence, Major General Khrenin, to Minister Vulin

The Minister of Defence of the Republic of Belarus, Major General Viktor Khrenin, wished Minister Vulin a happy birthday on behalf of all members of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and on his own behalf.

Minister Khrenin wished Minister Vulin "successful work on strengthening Serbia's defence capabilities, inexhaustible energy and implementation of plans and ideas."

Other ministers of defence and diplomatic and military representatives also wished Minister Vulin a happy birthday.
