Military Medical Academy disinfected by the Russian military experts
Military experts from the NBC units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation disinfected the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade.
Given that it was decided that the MMA was not an adequate hospital for the admission of coronavirus patients, all patients in need of emergency medical care were referred to that military medical facility, regardless of the type of health insurance.
For this reason, it was necessary to disinfect the MMA and the Russian military experts carried out the disinfection of special purpose rooms and standard rooms, as well as car parks and ambulances.Two NBC expert teams disinfected two more Belgrade health centres, "Dedinje" and "Zvezdara". In one day, more than 157,000 square meters of rooms and 31,300 square meters of areas around hospitals were disinfected.
Russian medical teams continue to examine patients at healthcare facilities in Belgrade, Valjevo, Kragujevac, Čačak and Ćuprija, and professors of the Saint Petersburg Military Medical Academy have examined more than 100 patients over the past few days.
