Telegram of condolences from Minister Vulin to his Russian counterpart Sergei Shoigu




 
Minister of defence of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin, sent a telegram of condolences to minister of defence of the Russian Federation, Sergei Kuzugetovich Shoigu, on the occasion of the tragic death and wounding of members of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation while testing a rocket engine at the military testing ground near the Arkhangelsk region.
 
The telegram reads:
 
"It was with disbelief and sadness that I received the news of the tragic death and wounding of members of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation while testing a rocket engine at a military testing ground near the Arkhangelsk region.
 
At this difficult time, my thoughts and thoughts of all members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces remain with our brotherly Russian people.
 
On behalf of all members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces and on behalf of my own personal behalf, please extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the perished ones and speedy recovery for those that were injured."
