Meeting of Minister Vulin and Delegation of “Balkan Jump of Friendship 2019”
Minister of Defense Aleksandar Vulin met today with the organizers and guests of the international manifestation “Balkan Jump of Friendship 2019”, which is going to take place in Belgrade between 14 and 19 May 2019, organized by the Parachute Club of Veterans of 63 Parachute Brigade “Arhistratig” (“Arch-Strategist”) with the support of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces.
The delegation was headed by the retired colonel Nenad Kuzmanović from the Parachute Club of Veterans of 63 Parachute Brigade “Arhistratig”, along with the orthodox bishop for Pakrac-Slavonia area Jovan Ćulibrk, the retired Brigade General Raffaele Jubini from the Republic of Italy, retired Colonel Viktor Dedov and retired Lieutenant Colonel Konstantin Pozhidaev from the Russian Federation, 1 class Sergeant Georgios Mastakuris from the Republic of Greece, and Nebojsa Jušković from Montenegro.
In the course of today’s meeting, word went on the manners of supporting the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces in organizing an event that brings together more than a hundred parachutists from the country and abroad, as well as on forms of future cooperation.
The “Balkan Jump of Friendship” has traditionally been held since 1993, when it was first organized by the Greek Union of Reserve Parachutists and the 63 Parachute Brigade from Serbia.
