Signing Cooperation Agreement with Niš-based College of Professional Studies in Criminalistics and Security



 

 
The agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Defence and the Niš-based College of Professional Studies in Criminalistics and Security was signed today at the Department for Tradition, Standard and Veterans, in the presence of Bojan Jocić, MSc, State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence.
 
The contract was signed by Colonel Dragan Milković from the Department for Tradition, Standard and Veterans and Ivana Stojanović, for the principal of that school.
 
The agreement stipulates that about 200 children of those employed in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, are to be exempt from paying tuition fees at that higher education institution or part of tuition fees, for basic vocational studies and specialized vocational studies, starting from the school year 2018/19.
 
State Secretary Bojan Jocić, MSc, thanked College of Professional Studies in Criminalistics and Security of Niš on the readiness to help that number of children, and reminded that only ten days ago five higher education institutions had signed such agreements, which means a lot to the members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, because it directly influences the improvement of their standard of living.
 
- In the previous period, more than 35 agreements were signed with economic entities that, in the part of the provision of services and products, provided special benefits to members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces. We hope that other companies and institutions will follow their example, Mr Jocić said.
