The handover of military compounds in Vranje



In accordance with agreements concluded between the Republic Directorate for Property of the Republic of Serbia and the municipality of Vranje, the handover of a real estate – the military complex, shooting grounds and exercise site Bunusevac 04 and Bunusevac 05 between Commission of the town of Vranje and Commission of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.

Bunusevac 04 military complex covers an area of 49 hectares, 54 ares and 38 m2. Tax Administration estimated the value of the complex to 791,990.90 euros. Bunusevac 05 covers the area of 59 hectares, 87 ares and 06 m2, with a value of 1,172,181.55 euros.

As compensation, by the end of June 2013, the municipality of Vranje will provide 27 flats for members of the Serbian Armed Forces. The remaining part of the compensation, which represents the difference between the market value of the military complexes Bunuševac 04 and Bunuševac 05 and the market value of 27 flats will be paid to the budget of the Republic of Serbia in five equal annual instalments, or by the end of 2017, in cash in dinar equivalent at the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment.
