Film night dedicated to Branko Miljkovic



During the exhibition jointly organized by Media Center "Odbrana" and the National Museum of Nis "Portrait - a permanent inspiration to artists" in the gallery and "Branko Miljkovic - poetry as a fate" in the Small Gallery of the Serbian Army, on Thursday 29 December starting at 18.00 am in the Atrium of the festive hall of the Army will be held following the special program - the film evening dedicated to Branko Miljkovic.

On that occasion a poetic - a documentary and feature film "The fire and nothing", by a Nis-based production company Circle made in 1995. the director is Marislav Radisavljevic, the screenplay written by Marislav Radisavljevic and Ivan Zdravkovic, starring: Goran Milev and Sladjana Vlajovic. The film lasts 77 minutes.

Ivan Hadzi Zdravkovic, screenwriter, and Jovan Mladenovic, curator of the National Museum of Nis will speak about the film and Branko Miljkovic.

It is also the opportunity to see the exhibition, "Branko Miljkovic - poetry as a fate," with a professional curator tour. The exhibition presents in a modern way the exhibits that are part collections - the legacy of Branko Miljkovic, including the poet's original manuscripts, manuscripts and translations of Russian and French poet, notes, correspondence, photographs and personal belongings.
