Statement
Authorized Military Police officials, working within their competence, have arrested a military employee, Dr V.Č., employed at the Military Medical Academy, because there is a reasonable suspicion that she has committed the criminal offence of accepting bribes under Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia.
After the arrest, an order for a 48-hour detention of the aforementioned doctor was issued, after which she will be handed over to the Special Department for the Suppression of Corruption of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade.
