Talking about what viewers can expect to see in the newest part of the popular series, director Dejan Zecević said that the team working on the project is trying to invest more and more creative energy into each sequel.

- We really try not to film and present to the audience “the same old, but with a twist”; therefore, this time we tried to introduce new interesting stories, to have the fates of our heroes enter some new life stages, to introduce new characters and to cooperate with the Armed Forces, as before, always at the highest professional level and every time with a new film, a new season, we present something new when it comes to the Armed Forces and the general public – said director Zecević.
This time, as he pointed out, an important emphasis in the series and in the film was put on the Special Brigade of the Serbian Armed Forces.

- This unit is truly exciting for the ordinary viewer as well, and we encountered full support of the Armed Forces throughout this series, we used the helicopter unit, the Batajnica airport, the capacities of the Military Academy and the Special Brigade, to our great satisfaction - Zecević said, adding that he hoped that the same sense of satisfaction would also be passed onto the audience and that everyone will enjoy.

A well known face, actress Dragana Dabović, won over the audience in previous series while interpreting the role of Ines Šašvari, and she remains to be part of the cast.

- I am extremely pleased and before this series I had no real awareness of how important the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces are to a country and that specific sense of security they provide us – it is the pillar of every state – said the young actress, referring to the cooperation so far.
Revealing the details that viewers will see in “Military Academy 5”, Dabović said that she finds it more exciting than the previous ones because it seems to have three intertwined love stories and is richer than the previous parts because there are more complications.

Actor Slaven Došlo joined the cast in the previous sequel as reinforcement to the young actors of the series, and related to the collaboration with the Ministry of Defense during filming, Slaven pointed out that everything went very smoothly.

- It seems to me that this is a well-played team, this is the fifth sequel and there is not much tension, just like in the Armed Forces – said actor Slaven Došlo, emphasizing that he thinks best of the cooperation so far.
