In relation to media allegations regarding the action of the Head of Delegation of the Republic of Serbia Brigadier General Predrag Bandić who is at the same time the Head of Delegation of the Republic of Serbia at the meeting in Brussels, we would like to inform the public about the following facts.

The Head of Military Office in the Mission of the Republic of Serbia to NATO, Brigadier General Predrag Bandić, who was at the same time head of delegation of the Republic of Serbia at the 23rd Meeting in the framework of the Initiative for Balkan Aviation Normalisation Meeting which took place in Brussels, strongly protested and then left the meeting since representatives of the Provisional Self-Government Institutions of Priština, abused their participation at the gathering and used it for the attempt at promoting the independence of so-called “Kosovo” and its non-existing institutions.

Such conduct was a reaction of the delegation of the Republic of Serbia to the appearance of the delegation of the Provisional Self-Government Institutions in Priština, having in mind that the condition for the presence of that delegation was for them to be designated solely by their first and last names, especially having in mind that the gathering was organised by NATO which as an organisation does not recognise so called “Kosovo”.

Namely, the head of delegation of the Provisional Self-Government Institutions in Priština, whose formal address at the gathering had not been envisaged, after being allowed to address the audience notwithstanding, instead of speaking about the topic of the meeting, tried to use the time given to promote independence of so called “Kosovo” after which the head of Serbian delegation strongly protested and left the meeting.

Very soon after our delegation has left the meeting, the meeting was concluded.

Please note that this represents an unrecorded scandal by which Priština tries to cause conflicts, and this is also an attempt to legalise the creation of Greater Albania.
