Presentation of Serbian Arms to Foreign Delegations




 
Next week, the Ministry of Defence is going to organise a presentation and live fire demonstration of nationally developed arms and military equipment to delegations from several partner countries, which are highly interested in becoming familiar with technical and operational characteristics of our assets. The delegations are coming to Serbia upon invitation of Minister Aleksandar Vulin.
 
It is planned to present different infantry assets, sets of protective ballistic equipment of enhanced performances, new family of modern small arms – assault and sniper rifles, sights for the arms including video sight that enables firing from a shelter, optoelectronic systems for theatre reconnaissance, armed robotised ground platform, armoured 8x8 transporter and armoured vehicle 4x4.
 
The foreign partners are also interested in the family of guided antitank armament, fibre-optic and radio guided missiles of the range from 5 to 25 kilometres, intended for the use from ground or helicopter platforms.
 
National industry is going to present an unmanned armed vehicle, unmanned air platforms and a family of non-guided and guided air armament and small range artillery AD system for close protection of the transport of armoured and motorised infantry units, intended to engage drones and ground targets.
 
The greatest interest is expressed for the automatic artillery weapon NORA B52, a multiple rocket launcher which enables the use of guided and non-guided rockets, and command-information systems for artillery support.
