I congratulate 16th November - Day of the Army to all the members of that Arm.
As members of the largest and the oldest Arm of the Serbian Armed Forces, continuing more than a century long tradition, you cherish and develop the values of your heroic predecessors adding modern accomplishments.
In the year when we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the victory in the First World War, you have given immeasurable contribution to development of operational capabilities of your arm, and to further reorganisation of the armed forces, and once again proved why you are one of the most significant factors of modern military organisation, and stability of the entire state as well.
By ensuring peace and stability in the south of Serbia and along administrative line with Kosovo and Metohija you maintain the stable situation in the region, and through your engagement in multinational operations you contribute to strengthening of the renown of our country in the world.
Owing to competent personnel, responsible and professional execution of tasks, the Army units achieve significant result in training and preparing the members of its arm, concurrently managing to use objective capabilities in the modernisation and upgrading the units and institutions of the Army.
Confident that you will professionally discharge assigned tasks in the period to come, and continue modernising your arm for what you will enjoy the full support of the Republic of Serbia, I congratulate this holiday to you.

Successfully discharging your tasks in the Ground Safety Zone, you have demonstrated a high level of training and professionalism, continually contributing to strengthening the renown of the armed forces and the Republic of Serbia as a whole.

I congratulate 16th November - Day of the Infantry to all the members of that branch.
As the most numerous, universal and most resilient branch of the armed forces, you have managed for many years now, to maintain required level of operational capabilities through professional and successful execution of assigned tasks cherishing the tradition of your branch and proudly fostering the memory of the heroes of the Battle of Kolubara.
Your infantry units with the new organisational model have become the fundamental and autonomous combat force, while technical modernisation of the branch and superstructure of your elements contribute to further development of the Army and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole.
